1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 


By accessing aitonvest services, you agree to these binding terms. Discontinue use immediately if you disagree. 

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION


We provide discretionary  asset management. Our traders execute trades after you: 

- Complete risk assessment 


- Select investment strategy 


- Grant Limited Power of Attorney 

  3. INVESTMENT RISKS 
CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS RISK TOTAL CAPITAL LOSS.You acknowledge: 

- Market volatility may erase principal 


- Past performance ≠ future results 


- "Target returns" are historical averages 


- Regulatory changes may impact value 

4. ACCOUNT AUTHORIZATION 


Funding your account authorizes: 

- Discretionary trading per strategy 


- Quarterly management fee deductions 


- Asset custody via SEC-qualified custodians 

5. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Optional training participation means: 

- Content is informational only 


- Completion doesn't reduce risks 


- Recordings retained for 90 days 

   6. FEE STRUCTURE

- Management fee: 20 percent monthly


- Detailed in Form ADV Part 2A 


- Third-party transaction fees apply 

7.ACCOUNT TERMINATION 
Terminate services with 72-hour written notice. We may terminate for: 

- Suspicious activity (AML/CFT) 


- Material breach of terms 


- Regulatory requirements 

    8. LIABILITY LIMITATION 
Not liable for losses from: 

- Market volatility/force majeure 


- Custodian insolvency 


- Client-negligence breaches 

   9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Claims resolved via binding Delaware arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions waived. 

  10. AMENDMENTS
Terms updated with 30-day email notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 

  11. GOVERNING LAW
Delaware law governs without regard to conflict principles. 

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT


This document supersedes all prior agreements.
